huh? it is not uncommon for different religions to have similarities, especially if they developed in the same geographical region or at the same time. also there were likely many Mesopotamian deities associated with creation and the shaping of mankind.Both the Bible and the Sumerian epic have their own unique creation stories that were developed independently. There are similarities between the two stories, as discussed, but it is not unusual.
