Hi. Medicard Account Officer here. Just to explain, nasa MOA sa application ang Pre-existing Conditions Provisions. As you mentioned, persistent headache ang complaint mo. Most probably, sa consultation with the physician, naassess as migraine headache yung condition mo kaya categorised as PEC. Sa package mo 5k ang PEC. Hindi ko lang sure kung sinama na dun sa limit yung consultation fee kaya 4k nlng ang available limit for the diagnostic tests.
