I had the same thing ….. my brother died I had to be back to work in two days the next day my managers dog died and she took a week off to grieve 🙃🙃🙃 thanks management

My boss made me take my daughter’s funeral as holiday as it was inconvenience especially after taking a week off after we lost her.

I was hospitalised for weeks and Tesco literally called me like ‘WHEN are you coming back to work!!!’ All because no one wanted to work my awful weekend hours 🙃

My old job made me go into work whilst my dad was having heart surgery. I mentally checked out after that and left not long after (at the worst time for them)

My mother was in intensive care on deaths door and when I got my phone out of the locker I had lots of missed calls and voicemails asking if I was coming back to finish my shift

Omg not all care coordinators are like this! 😩 it would have been covered for at least a month no questions asked! Hope you are ok & find an agency who doesn’t lack compassion 💕
