Lucie you have to let the rice steam in the pot for like 15 min after the timer goes off. So cook for 20 min on low once it boils covered. Then let sit for 10-15 min in the pot with lid on. No heat

An easy way to cook rice, cook it like pasta with way more water than you think you need. And just drain it once it’s done with a fine mesh sieve
