That looks like she got a cat bite and it’s infected and getting bigger. This happened to a kitty by my house , we trapped him and had to take him for surgery , antibiotics & they put a tube to drain

you should try to find a rescue that will take them, they will die eventually outside like that. someone will help them and keep them inside to get better

That’s a drained abscess it looks like… it should heal on its own but it needs to be kept clean

Good news is it’s probabaly just a wound from a branch. But def take her to make sure it heals properly/ no infection… my cat stabbed herself with a hibiscus branch on her face once- looked identical

out of curiosity are their any fields nearby. it looks like a foxtail infection. when they get caught and scratch it open it leaves a hole like that.
