like they said, if they just left the concrete it'd have the be ripped out and replaced. this can bankrupt a lot of contractors. does the union think about the workers in this case?

If it’s poured and the concrete needs to be finished. Then it dose otherwise the union can pay for the demolition of the unfinished concrete and labour.
