I was in the street called “via del nebbiolo” and it was AMAZING!!Everything was close there was a supermarket next to us and the bus stop was 2 minutes away but we had to travel with metro for 1 hour

hi! as a solo female traveler, which area is best to stay in? 1) right by piazza del popolo or 2) by vittorio emanuele (a few blocks south of termini) is this too far south? looking for an area with cute cobblestone streets and close to tourist spots (open to the metro though) but ik termini can be a lil sketchy so idk which area to choose 🤔 would love trastavere or the red area but im on a budget
