@tasnim_kass1: I’m 1 year late for the tutorial 🙃 Recipe : 60g egg whites ,60g granulated sugar ,60g powder sugar ,vanilla. The sugar should weigh twice the weigh of the eggs whites. First make sure your bowl is clean grease can ruin meringue so clean your bowl with vinegar or lemon jus. Beat the egg whites until they are frothy, then gradually add the granulated sugar in 3 times and mix well for 3 to 5 minutes until glossy, stiff peaks form. Once you have a glossy peak you can add the powder sugar, vanilla, and the food coloring. Bake at 85 for 1 hour and half. #meringue #meringuecookies #pink #heart #baking #Recipe #aesthetic
