I know it can be a challenge to accept your new body and weight changes during a building phase, and that can be a hard pill to swallow, but I was persistent in consciously choosing to appreciate and love my body for everything it does for me! 🏋️ My training split is changing but we’re keeping the core movements that give me the best results! If it ain’t broke don’t fix it! I still have two glute and hamstring focused days but NOW my third leg day is a strength day where I’m focusing on my squat and deadlifts! I took a couple rest days this week in preparation for getting bloodwork done ,and once the results come back coach and I will have a better game plan for when I’ll be competing this year! 🥑The increase in food has me feeling so strong!!! I Love doing macros in my off season for more freedom and flexibility and switching to a meal plan during prep for more structure and disciple! It seems to work well for me! 🧠I feel so at peace right now! I’m focusing on doing things that fill my cup and watching my boys become besties. Loki is officially a gym bro and sleeps in my buff bunny gym bag while I do my makeup and vision just turned 4!
