Just seen a cottage cheese flatbread recipe. I'd forgotten all about it. Literally just pureed cottage cheese & eggs with seasonings. Looks so 🔥 Could be worth a try as a tortilla maybe? 🥰🥰

I've been discovering that corn is a complex one to try eliminate 😭 I had no idea how much it is in foods & other products too. Dietary challenges are no picnic that's for sure 💔
