Got a question. I’ve always been told if you can turn the water off and open valves it may freeze but won’t burst because there isn’t pressure. Is that true?

Good advice also if going away from home for a period of time might be wise to shut the main off before you leave. be preventive for any possible issues while gone💰💰🤑🤑

I shut my main off 3 days ago and now I’m worried the water is frozen from the main hose to the water meter. The black main hose under the house is showing white now.

It always amazes me how many customers don’t know how to turn off the water to their home. It’s one thing I always ask and then try to show a customer when I am at their home.
