Same, I used to love the MFM Podcast and knew just about every big true crime story. 2019 something changed and it became too heavy, can’t do it anymore.

I’ve experienced this too. I used to consume a lot of true crime content. Had a spiritual awakening 2021-2022, there were two family deaths during that time and I’ve rarely engage with it since

SAME! and I was literally just thinking about this the other day. I was already in my spiritual awakening and I didn’t have someone pass away, but as I got into spirituality more I stopped completely
