We don’t usually mix seafood with chicken and sausage gumbo but it looks great! Gumbo is whatever you want to put in the pot. Dip some French bread in it and that’s heaven.

Pro tip, peel the shrimp boil it down with seasoning strain and use the shrimp stock. Then I don’t have to peel to eat and still get the flavor!
