I went away with “50 year old” friends. An adult son chose to sleep in a lazy boy chair in the living room and he slept through all the noise. He would “wake”every half hour and vape “in his sleep”!!

what used to be part of vapeing but isn't really available in disposables is multiple strengths and 0% nicotine. It was always a replacement but it used to also be a way to taper off, but there's no profit in people quitting your product.

Quitting vaping is much easier than quitting smoking once you decide to do it. Nicotine replacements are all you need imo. You really don’t crave a vape like you do a cigarette when quitting.

I quit smoking for vaping and weened the nicotine down till that was zero and then after about a year gave up the vape naturally. It's the only thing that actually worked in nearly 40years of smoking
