CarleighDesiree :
have you made any videos on stannis and shireen? I just can not imagine him doing anything like that, he seems to love her in the books.

Bran being king is the the clear ending to me because it all started with him

DINA RHODES :
There’s no way he would do her like that. She may die tragically but it won’t be after becoming “the mad queen.”

like I don’t thinks he’s rewriting but I do think the way the show ended probably put extra pressure on him .

I don't think he's rewriting anything due to negative reaction but I do wonder if the finale was positvely received if it would have made it easier to write some of the paths he's stuck on

I think he just made a too complicated. There are so many different stories going on.

Can we IMAGINE for a sec what the release of this book would generate. It would be a craze we haven’t seen since like the Deathly Hallows (forgive me for comparing but it’s purely in terms of public)

I just can't see Dani, Jon, and Tyrion's endings being anything like the show and Aegon just has to shake things up

The D&D quote I think of most often is, “themes are for 8th grade book reports.” They treated all the GoT women so badly after they “ran out” of source material. Dany’s ending is DISGUSTING.

I think it's still Mereen. Timeskip could've fixed it, but now there doesn't seem to be a way for Dany to set to Westeros without it being a moral defeat for her in Mereen, and GRRM doesn't want that

The whole mad queen thing is gonna be Cersei and Jamie will be a queenslayer too

I still think Bran is a terrible choice to lead the seven kingdoms, book or show. He needs to be in the master of whispers role advising the ruler.

Think George is just like some people who when they get told to do something they’re in the process of doing, they don’t wanna do it anymore 😂 Which is relatable

The Denairis plot could have worked — but it needed a reason to happen. The books could still have that, and do it well.

He’s also said in interviews his feelings on people who change their story because fans figure it out. So I don’t think he would change it because our reactions

I think the holdup is that George just has a lot of story left to tell. So he’s just kind of in a corner about whether he splits 2 books into 4 or shortens them. Neither are things he really wants

I’m 100% okay with weirwood king bran in the book canon. I just hope we can get there in a better way than the show did

How do you fell about the Harrenhall stage play possibly coinciding with TWOW release? The tourney of Harrenhall is a key plot and I don’t see him releasing one without the other.
