I'd argue a good wireframe template works great for this, so you have everything responsive, all the elements tuned in etc. But if you use a fully pre-designed one you'll never get a unique look

This ain’t new. I’ve been working in this space of web design since 2013 and even then that was already the practice. Wordpress or Drupal have worked like this 10+ years now
