As a Dane - it is biksemad, but not the normal everyday kind. Usually made with day old leftovers of potatoes and any kind of meat you have leftover.

As a Danish chef I don't know what you made but it has nothing to do with Biksemad. The onions are ok though they should be cubed, bin the rest of the dish... 🤣
