Would you consider making the under counters mobile, too. To aid in periodic deep cleaning. Could make things a bit easier for clients. I'm no professional, just a thought

This is what I want in my kitchen. I can't stand for long periods of time, but I don't want to sacrifice cupboard space just to have a bench I can sit at. This is the perfect solution.
