I see this too often: You DON’T have to get a for here cup to get a refill, and you can get your refill to go if you want. Also this refill policy (for rewards members) has been around for a while.

we bring r own clean cup & get a drink. Stick around. Drink it. & get another 4 free. Where do we wash r cup 2 bring it back clean? Or do we now just get a paper cup…defeating the purpose of reusable?
