OMG! I had a company do this. We were working 12+ hour days for weeks to months straight (no weekends). They sent someone in to give us a talk on stress and their advice was to do yoga and spend (1)

And not to mention a 30 min lunch break for a 12 hour shift. While the administration enjoys a one hour lunch break for the 8 hours they work. Make it make sense.
