@matt_and_abby: Ingredients: 1 red bell pepper, diced 1 orange bell pepper, diced 1 yellow onion, diced 2-3 yellow potatoes diced Drizzle of olive oil Salt and pepper 1lb ground turkey 2 tsp salt 1 tsp garlic powder 1 tsp chili powder 1/2 tsp rubbed sage 1/2 tsp Italian 1/2 tsp cumin 2 3/4 cup egg whites 3 eggs 1 cup cottage cheese 1 Tbs corn starch shredded cheddar tortillas 2 cups plain Greek yogurt 3 Tbs hot sauce garlic, salt and pepper Instructions: Chop peppers, onions, and potatoes. Toss with olive oil, salt and pepper and bake at 425 for 30 minutes. Crumble the ground turkey on top of softened veggies and top with the spices. Pour the egg mixture on top. Sprinkle with cheese. Assemble the burritos with a spoonful of cream sauce and a scoop of the sheet pan eggs. I got this recipe from my brother-in-law who got it from a guy on TikTok @Stealth Health Life 🌯💪🏼
