I had two therapists there… long story short I haven’t had a therapist in months because the first one gave me one size fits all homework, when I tried to tell her I needed help for x y z she’d give me answers that didn’t help and then began borderline falling asleep during sessions and the second one just listened to me and checked his phone and paraphrased things like “that can be frustrating” until one day he just told me to start going over things I’d already said before. Never got help. I ghosted them bc they ghosted me first.
