I definitely don’t use the 20% rule on nails or tattoos because they set their own prices. And they’re already robbing you. So a small tip is fair.

My nail lady runs her own business and sets her own prices so I never tip. When I used to go to a spa where the whole business has set prices, I tipped $5 or $10 depending on what I got.
