Replying to @Zue It’s been a surreal week. The reason this is such a surreal moment is simply because it is something I never dreamed of. I never saw myself as an “influencer” or social media person - from the beginning, I simply wanted to create products. The process of building something from scratch, taking something you’ve been dreaming about, and turning it into something you can actually physically hold in your hands and tangibly experience - is a feeling unlike anything else in this world. My journey began by pursuing this feeling - by trying to create a chocolate energy drink product (shown in video). I’ll never forget the first version I made. I had already spent months aimlessly mixing powders, absolutely clueless about what I was doing, and endlessly researching food chemistry - when I finally made a “v1”, and stored it in a shot glass inside of a plastic bag for overnight storage. I took a picture of it and literally got chills. The fact that something so seemingly insignificant, something that literally no one from the outside world would remotely care about, had such a profound impact on me - told me that I had found the thing that would internally drive me. It made daily actions effortless. And the thousands of seemingly insignificant actions, began to build in to something greater. Starting a social media account was essentially another way to do the same thing - create “products” in the form of recipes. Every recipe I made was like an accelerated product development process. There have been tons of extremely challenging aspects to overcome with social media, but those challenges are massively outweighed by the positives. The opportunity to take my recipes, and transform them in to physical products that millions of people can take off a shelf, and bring in to their home… is something beyond my wildest dreams. Again, it’s simply surreal. I can never say this enough - but thank you. All of you. The ones who have been here since I had 30 followers and was brain dumping on my stories, and those who have joined more recently - you all have made this possible. I’m truly living my dream because of you - and I’ll never take that for granted. - Tom
