Replying to @YoinkerBadu my fast hair growth routine ⬇️ 2-3x a week: - massage your scalp with a wooden comb - massage your scalp with Rosemary oil focusing on thinner parts of hair - apply beef tallow/castor oil/amla oil/argan oil to the ends of your hair - put your hair in a shower cap and wait 2-3 hours - in the shower, wash the oil off with Aleppo Soap - then go in with Nettle Shampoo ( I don’t use conditioner) - use a microfiber towel to dry your hair (the ones from Decathlon are perfect and very afforable) ⭐️Extra tips⭐️ -sleep with a silk bonnet/pillowcase and wake up to shiny hair! it also helps prevent breakage in the 8-10 hours we spend everyday tossing around - never brush your hair when wet, it’s much easier to break when it’s wet - eat your protein! Our hair is made of keratin which is a form of protein synthesized from the protein we eat. Eggs are perfect because they also have biotin - be very gentle with your hair when brushing, most breakage happens because of it! Would you like more of my routines? 💬 p.s.
