I've always rinsed my eggs with water, but I've never heard of using any type of cleanser on an egg - even an unscented one, it's so interesting to see how different people prepare their eggs!

I’ve never done anything other than just wiping with a rag as I pick them up from the coop. I’ve also gone straight from the coop right into the pan.

I usually don't wash them but now with bird flu so prevelant in my area, washed a refrigerated. I also have indoor cats and don't want to potentially expose them.
