Update: the babies have been relocated to a wildlife rescue who will raise them and teach them to fish until they're old enough to be returned to the wild. Thank you for all of your suggestions.

I rescued 3 baby racoons as soon as they warm up to u there good just put some food in the tote for them and water and keep talking to them they will warm up

Try to find a rehabber. Thank-you for rescuing them .It's so sad they list their mom . Give them a stuffed animal to provide comfort .
