been stopped and asked to show i.d, I show my cib and my license and R.F. passport. and they let me go simple and easy and was able to go to the fleamarket.

I’ve always carri my Chitimacha card, passport & DL on me b/c of being stopped by BP here in South Texas. One of my friend’s son who never been to Mexico got deported a few yrs back. 🤦🏻♀️

under the original 14th amendment. it excluded native Americans, it wasn't until 1924's Natives became citizenship. at the same time, a lot of western states didn't allow a lot of natives voting rights until 1960's.

Actually you are wrong. They didn't get citizenship under the 14th amendment. They got it under the 1924 Indian Citizenship Act.
