I lived in CT my whole life,moved to JB in 2019,what a culture shock for me seeing so many Black people in one place😩that time I’m also black,lol.The greeting thing all the time still shocks me 😅

what you have described is true of any place that has many wealth levels. the richer the area, the more unfriendly they are. the less rich the more friendly. this is not just Cape Town
