My placidus readings were never accurate for me. It’s like a whole other person. So I use whole sign always. Much more accurate.

I live in Norway (kinda near greenland) I use neither, my asc is 26 degrees libra, I use equal house system because it resonnate

I first learned whole sign because it was easier to understand when I was new to astrology, but I mainly use placidus now (unless birthplace is Alaska or another place that only works with whole sign)

But Placidus is inaccurate for me - I’m not Leo rising in any way and my Mars is definitely in my first house, not second. And Saturn in 7th - I just don’t resonate with placidus.

My husbands birth chart with Placidus only holds 6 houses, while others are way under one degree. His ASC is higher than MC. It's not particularly rare occurrence at polar regions and I feel 1/2
