A delicious personal dessert for Valentine’s Day! 🍰🍓♥️ Ingredients for Cheesecakes: - 12 whole graham crackers, crumbled - 6 Tbsp butter, melted - 16 oz cream cheese - 3 large eggs - 14 oz sweetened condensed milk Ingredients for Strawberry Sauce - 1 lb strawberries, rinsed, hulled, and halved - 1/3 cup granulated sugar - 1 Tbsp lemon juice Ingredients for Toppings: - 1 cup heavy whipping cream - 1/2 tsp vanilla - 1 Tbsp granulated sugar - Strawberries, halved Directions: 1. First make the strawberry sauce by heating strawberries, sugar, and lemon juice in a saucepan. Reduce heat and simmer 20-30 minutes or until sauce has thickened, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and refrigerate. 2. Preheat oven to 350°F. In a bowl, combined graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Line a standard muffin tin with paper liners and divide crumbs between 24 liners. Press crumbs into liners using a spoon. 3. In a bowl, add cream cheese and 3 eggs. Beat until smooth, scraping down the sides a few times. Add condensed milk and mix until blended. 4. Divide filling evenly between cupcake liners, filling until 3/4 full.
