Lasagne game just leveled up . . Ninja XXXL Flex Drawer Air Fryer Air Fryer Lasagne 1. Bolognese sauce: In a large saucepan, cook 1 large onion, 1 Tbsp dried oregano, 5 cloves garlic, 500g beef mince, 1 diced carrot, 1 diced zucchini, and 3 x 500mL marinara sauce. 2. Bechamel: In a large saucepan, whisk together 6 Tbsp butter, ¾ cup plain flour, and 6 cups milk. Set aside to cool and thicken. 3. Assembly: In your Ninja Flex Drawer Air Fryer compartment, add a layer of bolognese sauce then bechamel sauce, then cheese, then lasagne sheets and repeat until all the bolognese sauce is used up. 4. Use all remaining white sauce to top the lasagne then sprinkle with cheese. 5. Use the ‘BAKE’ function at 140°C for 30 minutes and 160°C for 10 minutes to brown the cheese. 6. Slice into pieces to serve and enjoy.
