@dr.vegan: Focaccine with Cherry Tomatoes | Recipe ⬇️ Ingredients: Dough * 500g all purpose flour * 6g of fresh yeast * 15g of salt * 300ml of water *2 tbsp olive oil Topping * Cherry tomatoes * Olives * Basil Instructions: 1. In a bowl, mix the water and yeast until the yeast is dissolved. 2. Add the flour to the yeast mixture and stir until combined. 3. Sprinkle the salt over the flour and mix well. 4. Pour the olive oil into the bowl and mix until the dough starts to come together. 5. Transfer the dough to a work surface and knead it for about 5-7 minutes or until it becomes smooth and uniform. Let the dough rest in room temperature for 1 hour. Divide the dough into portions of approximately 100g each and, form little dough balls and let them rest for another 2-3 hours in a covered box. 6. Meanwhile, cut the cherry tomatoes in half and place them in a bowl. Add olives, basil, salt, olive oil, and oregano for seasoning. Mix well. 7. Flatten each portion and create grooves on the surface with your fingertips. 8. Place the vegetables including the water on top of each portion. 9. Preheat the oven to approximately 200C/400F. 10. Bake the focaccia in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until golden brown. 11.
