Replying to @Paul Tilgner what i eat in a day and why my goal with this diet: maintain high energy & focus throughout the entire day for effective studying while simultaneously eating enough greens, calories and protein to reach my fitness goals. breakfast: healthy protein smoothie - i prefer not eating too much (only liquids) in the morning and staying “clean”. this really helps me stay focussed for the first few hours. before thinking this is not possible etc., try it out yourself & see if your mind/body benefits from it. bonus: making a smoothie is a matter of 5min max. ingredients: 1 banana handful of spinach  200g greek jogurt 100g oats drizzle of honey water (ml) depends on desired consistency  lunch: cafeteria food - this one is very convenient and cheap. if i have a long study day ahead & have to remain focussed after lunch, i make sure too not eat anything “heavy” as well as too much. this helps me stay sharp.  what i actually eat: it depends on what the cafeteria is offering from day to day. the main focus is on carbs, greens and some form of protein.  dinner: high calorie noodles - this is the meal where i go all out and get in the majority of calories + proteins. i try eating dinner 1-2hrs before going to bed to feel satisfied & have enough fuel for my workout the next morning. ingredients: 350-400g noodles handful of ham & cheese a few carrots & tomatoes  pesto sauce (calorie bomb) this is just an example of what i eat in a day (part 1) - if you are interested in seeing more food related content like this one, make sure to let me know you want a part 2 etc. in the comments!  #medstudent #Fitness #food #focus #tips #berlin #germany
