OMG, When I had my spinal surgery they got me up within like 4 hours of waking up (I needed the bathroom) I nearly passed out in the bathroom, I had like 4 nurses with me telling me to keep my eyes open.... it worked funnily enough.

I went to Germany and had an artificial disc replacement…the BEST thing I have ever done. I was in chronic pain for 5 months, today I am 100% pain free.

I had mine done April 2024 as an emergency cauda equina it has now failed last week getting a epidural injection 9th December to help with pain and now on waiting list for a fusion luckily cauda equina hasn't returned but need to keep a close eye which is hard as ive still got permanent damage from last time 😫🙈xxx

I had l5 s1 fusion. 12 weeks ago. i had it done through stomach. and had bowel complications after.Also have the worst legs pain and still struggle walking 😒

I have had 2 within 6 months of each other and both failed they then wanted to go through the stomach to do it again cos of scar tissue 😳

My surgery is scheduled for 27th of Feb 😵💫 Was it very painful the first time you had to walk? Had hip replacement and that was quite painful the first time walking 🤦♀️

Did you have nerve damage before? I can’t feel one foot and limited feeling in the other , I’ve turned down surgery at the moment
