Night guard will help. But you may want to go to orthodontist. Don’t feel bad about grinding your teeth, I do it too and I have the one my dentist gave me…mostly covered thru insurance. (Contd)

I would say go to the orthodontist. I am in CT not sure where you are but my son has an amazing orthodontist. I hope you find some relief
