Just take bolts for rack out of crossmember and undo steering shaft then the rack will hang down far enough it’s literally 3-4 bolts

had to do an oil pump on a jeep grand Cherokee, front diff has to be pulled and the steering rack had to be taken loose and pushed out of the way. all while working on the ground.
