I convince myself every day I’m dying, but won’t go to the Drs because I’m terrified they’ll tell me I’m dying so I just walk around having severe anxiety for days until I finally forget about it until a week later when I’m dying from something else.

my right hand kept turning blue so I went to the doctor and they were stumped. it was from the blue dye on my pants and I used to sit on my hands. so embarrassing
