Personally, I believe that Boerejongens definitely belongs in the top 10 coffeeshops in Amsterdam. From the moment you walk in, the professionalism is immediately noticeable. Whether you’re experienced or visiting for the first time, they take the time to explain the different strains, their effects, and the overall quality. You never feel rushed, and the advice always feels honest and well-informed. Another highlight is the consistent quality. Everything is clearly presented and handled with care, reflecting their commitment to high standards. It’s easy to understand why they’ve built such a strong reputation in Amsterdam. And then there’s the velvet cake — it’s simply amazing. Rich, flavorful, and beautifully prepared, it’s easily one of the best treats you’ll find in the city. It perfectly complements the overall experience and is something I genuinely look forward to every visit. For me, it is without a doubt the best coffeeshop in Amsterdam.
