As a girl with thin and very sensitive hair I only use halo extensions. I know they’re not long term but non damaging to your natural hair and extremely easy to take on/off

Go to a Japanese head spa and do a full consult/treatment, ask them what vitamins you need. Start oiling and exfoliating your scalp once a week. Start minoxidil. It will work

I lost so much hair with nano beads but I started taking biotin every day , only washing hair once a week , rosemary oil 1-2 times a week and sleeping in a plait with satin pillows it’s grown crazy ❤️
