@jemthenutritionist: Gluten-free Cassava flour pancakes 🥞🤍 Ingredients: 1 1/2 cup cassava flour 1 tbsp baking powder Pinch of salt 1 3/4 milk (dairy or plant based) 2 eggs 2 tbsp coconut oil (melted) 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 tbsp honey Combine the dry ingredients in a bowl and whisk. Combine wet ingredients in another bowl and whisk well. Add the wet to the dry ingredients and stir until just combined. Do not over mix! Allow the batter to sit for 5 mins.
