Imma give it a shot. I use nobs and honestly they do help at 5% so I’d imagine 10% will do even better. NoBS is nano, also.

Boka toothpaste is AMAZING. I've been using it for a year and my sensitivity went away, plus I have 0 cavities. nothing was helping my sensitivity until that.

I use dr wolf's bioniq tooth paste.. It has 20% hydroxyapatite... I've seen conflicting information on nano vs ref hydroxyapatite... So far I love what I'm using.
