median nerve can show a lot like this as well. Have a pitcher who does a lot of gripping but no release and gets that tight feeling in the forearm. Few weeks of median nerve floss fixed it right up.

Whenever I throw now, I get a sharp pain that shoots from my elbow to my shoulder. I can throw maybe two times and when I throw with force, that’s when it hurts a lot and I have to stop throwing :(
