I’m a NICU nurse and those are perfect ways to help her. A couple others are stopping to burp her part way through a feed and holding her upright for 30 minutes after.

Girl get yourself a yoga ball to bounce on! This is how I’ve soothed both my babies! Easier than bouncing up and down while standing!

When she’s done eating, how soon do you burp her? Every time I try to burp her right after she’s done eating she spits up everywhere. She has really bad reflux!
