In 1945 , Czechoslovakia moved all the ethnic German population from Sudetenland ( in Czechoslovakia) to Germany as punishment for collaboration with the Nazis. These people had been living in Czechoslovakia for hundreds of years. Trump is simply suggesting getting Palestinians to join their Arab brothers in more stable countries (not ruled by Hamas).
