@jemmasbalance_: berry stuffed crepes (400 cal, 38g protein, 6g fibre) These took under 20 minutes and are the perfect high protein breakfast 🩷 Crepe ingredients 🥞 160g milk (I used coconut) 1 large egg 1 tsp vanilla extract 30g plain wheat flour 20g vanilla whey protein 2 tsp natural sweetener Filling ingredients 🍓 120g Greek yogurt 60g raspberries vanilla stevia Method: Blend all ingredients and heat a crepe pan with oil. Cook in thin layers on each side (should make 4 medium). Combine filling ingredients and spread into each crepe. Top with maple syrup (I used sugar free) and dessicated coconut.
