Applying minoxidil right aftr rolling will make the minox go systemic and can cause heart palpitations. Ideal to wait a day in between rolling and applying minox

You can never regrow hair that you have lost without a hair transplant, regrowing your hairline with dermaroller and minoxidil is impossible.
