this was my life. I was studying beauty therapy, he kicked off at college, controlled me, and tried to kill me. luckily im here today but I remember watching it before he tried to kill me thinking that he will "never get to that stage" not realising i was already init. so sad R.I.P Casey

I watched this not long after I escaped my own dv and my heart and soul broke for her then when i read the true crime her true story this broke me I could never watch it again but stuff need to highlight abuse because more help needs to be given my heart still breaks for her family and her daughter 💞

my school made us watch it in yr 8 or 9 (I'm 21 now) and I think it is so important to show to kids as it really hit home for so many of us and made us think about the signs of abuse
