No need to rip tiles up… hybrid flooring can go straight over other flooring… have done it many times 🤷♀️

Nope, don’t blame it on the cheap flooring. Yes it isn’t what I would choose, but your issue is an installation issue. There is a reason why trades have experience. They learn from their mistakes.

I don’t think it’s the laminate, it’s the workmanship. Cheap or expensive, if you don’t lay them properly, you have movement issues.
