In my opinion, if the price goes up halfway through your contract, the contract you have signed is invalid and voided

its not enough.... if i take out a loan for a fixed tern i know what i am paying for the term. there should be no changes to contract price when locked into a term. any anticipated increases frontload

There should be no price increases. You’ve entered into a contract with them, and if the price is going up, you should have the option of ending the contract and going elsewhere

In Finland operators can't do that. If they are selling contracts like 23 euro/month and it's for 12 months. They have to keep that price to the end of the contract. They can't change it.
